Each month, the team at Carson City Toyota combs through countless nominations for local charities and nonprofit organizations. One local charity climbed to the top of the nomination list, with a huge outpouring of support: Kids & Horses.

Carson City Sheriff's Office: More arrests made in Saturday's jail escape investigation

On June 29, 2021 at about 6:40 pm the Carson City Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the Carson City Fire Department at 2741 Lovelace Lane regarding an unconscious person.
Upon arrival, the Deputy recognized the unconscious male as Carson City inmate Cody Abernathy, who ran away from his trustee work assignment on Saturday evening, June 26, 2021.
