Crime log for Feb. 17: Carson City prisoner served with additional felony warrants
Submitted by T. Costa on Fri, 02/17/2012 - 5:07pmCarson City Sheriff's deputies served inmate Helen Marie Holguin, 36, a Carson City waitress, at about 6:15 p.m. Thursday evening. Holguin was served with three felony warrants for fraudulent use of a credit card, and one felony warrant for attempted fraudulent use of a credit card. Bail is set at $40,000.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Secretary Of State Outlines Process For Filling Potential District Court Judicial Vacancies

At least one District Court judicial seat in Clark County, and possibly more, could soon be vacant.
