A portion of the proceeds from the $5 entry fee from their 5th Annual Artisans & Antiques Festival will be donated to Main Street Gardnerville to further their work creating and preserving a beautiful and economically vibrant downtown.

Gardnerville, Nevada’s only vintage pop-up shop for their 5th Annual Artisans & Antiques Festival. This year’s outdoor festival is Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 1235 Eddy Street in the heart of the Main Street Gardnerville District. CARSON CITY — Lone Mountain Veterinary Hospital is hosting a family fun day on Sunday, July 21 to celebrate American Animal Hospital Association Accredited Hospital Day.

AAHA-Accredited Hospital Day is a day to celebrate champions for excellent care. The event takes place 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lone Mountain Veterinary Hospital, 780 College Parkway in Carson City.

Advocates to End Domestic Violence will host the 26th annual Taste of Downtown event in Carson City on Saturday July 20, 2019 in historic downtown Carson City.

The Fifth Annual Sassabration, Carson City’s Pride event and fundraiser, was held Saturday at Sassafras along with Shoe Tree Brewing Co. and the Carson City Hot Springs.

The day began with a parade beginning at the Brewery Arts Center and ending at Sassafras. Vendors, entertainers, musicians and attendees gathered in the heat of another hot desert summer day to raise funds for a great cause.

This week's edition of It's Your City features Adam Whitney, filling in for host Cortney Bloomer, with special guest Jayme Watts, owner of Sassafras Eclectic Food Joint in Carson City and co-founder of this Saturday's annual Sassabration.

Carson City’s Pride event “Sassabration” is back this Saturday with a full line up of bands, vendors, food, family-friendly activities and more!

Hosted by Sassafras Eclectic Food Joint, the annual event is back for its 5th year and begins at 11 a.m. with a parade at the Brewery Arts Center, located at 449 West King Street. Cars, Rollerskaters, Pirate Ship Sailors and Walkers are invited to participate!

The Greenhouse Project’s Concert Under the Star fundraiser held a sold out show at the Eagle Valley Golf Course Wednesday evening for the 11th year in a row.

The Carson City Airport will once again be hosting its Open House and Fly-In this Saturday, June 29 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., with all proceeds going to benefit the Eagle Valley Children’s Home.

This year, the annual festivity is adding a new kind of wing to the mix: chicken wings, with a Chicken Wing Cook-Off Challenge.

The Levitt AMP Carson City Music Series presented by The Change Companies began with a full house last week and the party will continue this Saturday, June 29 at the Brewery Arts Center with reggae sensation Jordan T.
