July 27, 8 am- Tahoe Rim Trail, North from Spooner Summit to the saddle of Snow Valley Peak. This is a beautiful hike with some spectacular views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area.

Not bad for the middle of July. Activities lined up include a Muscle Powered hike, a cultural awareness conference at Carson Valley Inn, an artist reception at Artsy Fartsy, art classes at Rustically Divine, Thursday Cruise Night, the first "Third Thursday" farmer's market and barbecue in Dayton, a presentation on the Apollo Lunar Mission at the Carson City Library and more.
