Voters can use drive-up ballot drop box at Carson City's Fuji Park, community center
In addition to mailing ballots through the U.S. Postal Service, Carson City voters can submit mail ballots in three ways:
1. Drive-up drop box at the east parking lot of Fuji Park, 601 Old Clear Creek Road (look for the blue tent). 2. Drop box by the east exit of the Carson City Community Center 851 E. William St. (look for the blue tent). 3. At the counter of the Carson City Clerk's office, 885 E. Musser St., Suite 1025.
At Fuji Park, you don’t even need to get out of your vehicle to deposit ballots. Election workers will wheel the secure, official drop box over to the driver’s side window so ballot envelopes can be placed directly into the box.
Both Fuji Park and the Community Center drop boxes are open only during Early Voting and Election Day polling hours:
Saturday, Oct. 17, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Monday-Friday, Oct. 19-23, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 24, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Monday-Friday, Oct. 26-30, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m
Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
No voting machines are located at the Fuji Park site. In-person voting on voting machines is available inside the Community Center.
At the clerk's office, ballots can be dropped off during normal business hours. The county clerk’s office is not a polling place; no voting machines are available there.
