Incline Village bank robbery suspect arrested
The Washoe County Sheriff's Office arrested a man who they believe was responsible for the Incline Village robbery of Wells Fargo Bank on Friday.
A deputy was driving on the Mt. Rose Highway later that day and spotted the suspect and arrested him on robbery and drug possession charges.
Greg Bauer Roberts, 48, was booked into the Washoe County Jail where he is still being held as of Saturday morning. Bail has not been set.
The Incline Village branch of Wells Fargo Bank was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash at 10:09 a.m. Friday morning, August 24, 2018.
Deputies from the Washoe County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a robbery in progress. Upon arrival the suspect had already fled. The bank is located in the 700 block of Tahoe Boulevard.
