Repeats every day until Sat Jun 27 2015 .
June 26, 2015 - 6:00pm
Event Date:
June 27, 2015 - 6:00pm

The Karson Kruzers will host its 31st annual Run What-Cha- Brung car show with the kickoff Friday, June 26 in the back parking lot of the Carson Nugget and Saturday, at the Fuji Park Fairgrounds in Carson City.
The 31-year history of the Karson Kruzers "Run What-Cha-Brung" began when B.J. Barnhurst and some friends discussed the fact that there should be a car show that allowed anyone who "loved" their car to be a part of. No matter what it looked like, how much money had or had not been put into it, even weather it ran or not, it should be allowed to be showed off by its owner hence "Run What-Cha-Brung" was born.

The Kruzers have been honoring this idea ever since and for 31 years car owners, local and from as far away as Tennessee have pushed, pulled and driven their beloved vehicles to Carson City, Nevada to be a part of this event. This show has been packed full of good music, good family fun, entertainment, humor (remember the Karson Kuties .. or "Peggy Sue" ?) a nd historical vehicles that helped to transport us back, if even for just a few hours, to that place in time when life seemed much easier to understand and enjoy.

If you need another reason to support this local event then here ya go .. Being a non-profit organization, the Karson Kruzers donate any profits from this show to local needs such as Safe Grad, Holiday with a Hero at Christmas time and any other areas of need especially if it has to do with children.

So come on down to Fuji Park and be a part of history, you'll be glad you did. Follow us on Facebook here. For registration, information, car show application and details, see the website here.
