Carson City Sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Wayne Broadhead, 30, a Carson City painter, just after 11 p.m. Tuesday. Broadhead was arrested for third-offense domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon as well as misdemeanor allegations of battery. Bail is set at $31,000 plus administrative fees.

Officers also arrested the following individuals on misdemeanor allegations:

  • A 32-year-old transient man for driving the wrong way.
  • A 24-year-old Carson City man for first-offense domestic battery.
  • A 27-year-old Carson City man for tampering or injuring a motor vehicle and battery.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
