Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies responded early Friday evening to a vehicle collision near the intersection of College Parkway and Northgate.
Called into dispatch at around 5:50 p.m., a Carson City sheriff’s deputy on scene reports the collision is blocking lanes. No life-threatening injuries were reported.
Carson City Fire Department personnel on scene report moderate damage in the two vehicle collision and that all parties appeared to be out of their vehicles.
CCFD rescue is taking one person to the hospital. Deputies are re-directing traffic around the collision scene. As of 6:07 p.m. eastbound College Parkway was closed temporarily. Motorists can expect delays.
