Once again the call went out from Carson Tahoe Emergency Department for Children in the ER to Carson City Moose Lodge for more Tommy Moose Dolls. Last week three more dozen were delivered.
Feedback from the Children’s department is that the dolls provide a source of comfort and support and help ease their anxiety.

Carson Tahoe nurses show their young patients what will happen during their care by “treating” the moose doll first with a bandage or exam.
