Carson City Fire Department, Nevada Highway Patrol and Truckee Meadows Fire responded Monday morning to a vehicle fire on I-580 northbound near Eastlake.
The fire was called in at 7:53 a.m. and was fully involved and is now extinguished. First responders on scene report everyone was out of the vehicle. NHP Sgt. Chris Brown said the No. 1 northbound travel lane is open for motorists, but they can expect delays.
