UPDATE 8:57 AM: The fire at 201 Koontz Lane, Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation, was a small electrical fire in an outlet, said Carson City Fire Department Battalion Chief Brad Mihelic. There were no injuries.
UPDATE 8:18AM: The fire appears to be contained as most engines that responded to 201 Koontz Lane have cleared the scene, are now returning to quarters and no other engines have been called out.

Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies responded Monday morning to a reported structure fire at 201 Koontz Lane, Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation.
The fire was reported at 7:45 a.m. Multiple engines are responding. People should stay clear of the area.
On Nov. 27, firefighters were called to the same facility for a structure fire, after a small fire from a bathroom was extinguished.
Patients were being moved away from the area of the fire, according to first responders on scene.
Carson City Sheriff’s Office deputies are doing traffic control.
