Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies responded late Monday morning to a fence fire burning near a residence in the 2100 block of Court Side Circle.
The call came into dispatch at around 11:23 a.m. Dispatch received numerous 911 calls regarding a fire with flames showing that was on a fence and moving toward a structure.
Arriving first responders report the fire had burned approximately six feet of fence and that structures were not immediately threatened. The fire was knocked down at 11:35 a.m. The cause is under investigation.
