Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies responded Sunday afternoon to a two vehicle accident in the area of South Carson Street and Koontz Lane.
Reported at 3:35 p.m., the crash is blocking traffic. First responders report heavy damage and are checking for the vehicle occupants for injuries.
Northbound South Carson Street has been blocked near the scene of the crash, while westbound Koontz Lane is blocked.
Carson City Sheriff’s Office deputies report heavy fluid and debris resulting from the wreck. Motorists can expect delays.
