Pho Hong Kong Sushi Boba is now open in Carson City, bringing new life to a downtown-area building that had sat vacant for an extended period.
The restaurant is located at 1480 N. Carson St., in the former Living the Good Life building, which underwent extensive renovations before reopening as the new restaurant.
The property previously housed Living the Good Life and, before that, Genghis Asian Fusion. After remaining vacant for some time, construction and renovation work began in late 2025 to prepare the building for its new use.

Pho Hong Kong Sushi Boba offers a combination of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, including pho, sushi, dim sum, chow mein, fried rice and other specialty dishes. The menu also includes a variety of boba teas and beverages.
The restaurant is an extension of the Reno-based Sushi Boba Pho Cafe Hong Kong Diner, bringing its combination of Asian cuisines to the Carson City location.
Menu options include traditional Vietnamese noodle soups, Chinese combination plates, sushi rolls, rice dishes and appetizers, along with lunch and dinner sushi combinations.

Pho Hong Kong Sushi Boba is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to midnight.
