The former Living the Good Life Building has been empty since the owners declined to renew LTGL’s lease, and residents have often wondered what the plans for the downtown building were.

A few weeks ago, work began on the building after a long dormant period, with significant exterior construction spotted.

Now, we have our answer: according to the Carson City Planning Department, the building will become the home of the new business Pho Hong Kong Sushi.

For those who remember, this is actually a return to the building’s even earlier use, when it stood for years as Genghis Asian Fusion!
