Spring fun has begun at Mills Park in Carson City as the 33rd Annual Nevada Rural Counties Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Spring Celebration and Carnival got underway Thursday evening.

The event runs through Sunday with carnival rides, music, food and vendors.

Carnival Hours are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 1 to 10 p.m. Saturday, and 1 to 8 p.m. on Sunday. Admission to the celebration is free.
