Rain in the forecast? The Carson City Historical Society invites you to spend a cozy Saturday afternoon indoors—trading raindrops for teacups at our delightful “Teacups & Tulips” Victorian Tea.
Held in the elegant Foreman-Roberts House Carriage House, this charming gathering offers guests a chance to slow down and enjoy an afternoon of refined indulgence. Sip a selection of fine teas while enjoying savory bites and sweets, including classic scones served with clotted cream and lemon curd—all in a warm and welcoming historic setting.
Guests will also enjoy live music by Kat MacMartin, adding a graceful musical backdrop to the afternoon. Victorian attire is warmly encouraged, though not required, for those who wish to fully embrace the spirit of the occasion.
Following the tea, guests are invited to continue the experience with a docent-led tour of the Foreman-Roberts House Museum, offering a closer look at one of Carson City’s most treasured historic homes.
It’s the perfect rainy-day escape—gather with friends, relax, and experience a touch of Victorian charm right here in Carson City.
