The Carson City Chamber of Commerce will explore how understanding these differences can create a more productive and harmonious working environment during a special luncheon on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, at Casino Fandango.
The program, “Working Together: Each Generation Brings Value to the Workplace,” will feature Jess McIntosh of Hive Leadership Consulting. McIntosh will discuss how employers and employees can better understand one another, improve communication and use the strengths of every generation to build stronger workplace teams.
