Just after 1 p.m. a vehicle accident with injury was reported in the southbound lanes of I-580.
The accident occurred just north of the North Carson exit in which a vehicle appears to have lost control and hit a guard rail.
The vehicle is currently blocking traffic.
Motorists should seek alternative routes.
