Are you a mystery lover? Then you won’t be disappointed by Jasmin Palo’s new medical thriller “Heart Attack” that takes the reader for a journey through the streets of Reno in a hunt for a killer. This recently released novel engages the reader from the beginning and is already getting praises from its readers – calling it intense, intriguing and full of suspense.
The story begins when a whiskey-loving private detective Nathan Stone wakes up in the Renown Hospital with a concussion and a memory loss. Unable to remember his attack or days leading to it, Nathan sets to investigate what happened to him together with Nicole Trent, a homicide detective and his former lover. The twists don’t end there as the two learn that Nathan is connected with Nicole’s homicide case involving a local pharmaceutical company. As people connected the company mysteriously die of a heart attack, the two realize there is more to the case than first appeared.
The story follows the two detectives through the streets of Reno and although completely fictional, you can recognize local neighborhoods and scenery along the way. When asked who is this book for, Reno resident Jasmin Palo’s answer was clear – to anyone who loves a thrilling and a cozy mystery novel.
