E. William Street between Carson and Roop streets has reopened with all new pavement and some new light posts to boot!

The portion was completely shut down while crews finished up, and while there is still work being done in the area (and on the rest of E. William Street as the Complete Streets project continues) the road is once again driveable and lines have been painted.
