If you’ve driven by Mills Park this week, you may have noticed scaffolding going up near the skate park.

You may have been wondering if the Mills Park upgrade is finally underway — but not yet! The scaffolding is actually the frame work for the Carson City Lights temporary art exhibit which will officially be opening for the public this Friday.
