A 21-year-old man was arrested Monday for suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a temporary protection order for domestic violence, according to a Carson City Sheriff’s Office booking report.
CCSO deputies were dispatched to an East Robinson Street address for a report of a person violating a court order. A deputy spoke with the reporting person who stated their son was in the backyard in the shed with his mother.
Deputies entered the backyard and observed the male suspect and female speaking. The deputy opened the shed door and called the man by his name to come out so they could speak. After ordering him out of the shed three times, he finally stepped out of the shed and was arrested. Bail: $3,000.
— A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday for suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a temporary protection order for domestic violence. According to the booking report, a deputy was called to the front counter of the sheriff’s office for a court order violation report.
A deputy met with the protected person, who advised she had a protection order against her ex. It was confirmed served on Sept. 26, 2026. In the protection order, it specifically states there is only to be communication for parenting issues, which must be handled through their mutual best friend.
The RP advised that on Oct. 5, she received social media message from the man asking to use her welfare card so he could buy groceries for their daughter. The RP advised she had the messages and showed them to the deputy. The messages began on Oct. 5 at approximately 5:24 p.m. Eleven messages were sent between 5:24 p.m. and 10:32 p.m, the report states.
The deputy contacted the man and asked if he had been served the protection order. He advised he had. The deputy asked if he had sent messages through Facebook Messenger. He said he did. He proceeded to tell the deputy his daughter had been crying due to her being hungry and he did not have any money or food to feed her. He advised he had been to the welfare office, which advised him the mother’s welfare benefits were extended to their daughter and that he needed to contact the her about parenting issues through their friend. He advised the friend was already asleep and couldn’t be contacted.
Based on the man’s statement and evidence, he was placed under arrest for violation of the protection order. Bail: $3,000.

— A 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday for a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $3,000 cash.
— A 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday for two misdemeanor warrants. According to the booking report, a deputy was dispatched in an attempt to locate a possible burglary suspect. While driving to the location, the deputy saw a man who fit the description provided by dispatch. The man was walking north on South Carson Street and was wearing a white shirt with a backpack, which was the same description they were provided.
The deputy made contact with the man who identified himself. He was run through dispatch, which returned with two misdemeanor warrants, one issued by Carson City Justice Court with a $1,500 bond and the other out of Douglas County with a $2,001 cash bail amount.
— A 29-year-old Carson City woman, Hailey Michele Parker, was arrested Tuesday for felony violation of probation. No bail hold in lieu of hearing.
— A 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday for a misdemeanor failure to appear traffic citation warrant. Bail: $325.
— A 33-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Monday for a court order out of Western Regional Drug and DUI Court. She was remanded into custody. No bail hold in lieu of hearing.
— A 60-year-old woman was booked Tuesday into Carson City jail for a warrant alleging violation of probation or conditions of a suspended sentence after testing positive for drugs. No bail hold in lieu of hearing.
