UPDATE 6:14PM: The following is from the Nevada Department of Public Health: Carson City Health and Human Services prematurely issued a press release regarding Nevada passengers on the Grand Princess cruise ship which has been under quarantine due to COVID-19.

The idea is to cut finger-sized non-essential branches of spring-flowering trees and shrubs, stick them in a vase of water indoors and wait for blossoms to open.

Carson City man arrested for allegedly attacking house after being unable to contact ex-girlfriend

A 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the area of E Nye Lane and Tonni Street for violation of bail conditions after a call came in about a possible residential burglary.

The reporting party stated they knew the man, who was banging on their front door and their kitchen window. The man in question is under supervision with the Department of Alternative Sentencing and had a condition to not contact the victim, who was the man’s ex-girlfriend.

Carson City man arrested for lewdness with a child, stolen credit cards, obstruction and more

A 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the area of 2nd and Curry on four felony counts including two fugitive from justice warrants for lewdness with a child and obstruction, one count of using a false ID to avoid prosecution, and one count of obtaining or possessing credit cards without consent.

According to the report, Gary Pedrucci was arrested after Special Enforcement Team deputies were traveling south on Curry Street and saw an SUV partially in the roadway for north and south traffic.

A 39-year-old Las Vegas woman was arrested in the 2700 block of N. Carson Street for DUI first, driving with an open container, and basic speed 21-30 mph over the limit, a Carson City sheriff's deputy report states.

Carson City deputies arrest man for possession of stolen moving truck, secret methamphetamine pipe

A 32-year-old Minden man was arrested in the area of Sonoma and Frontage Road for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the report, deputies ran a records check on an Arizona license plates and deputies advised the vehicle was stolen out of Reno.

Trio jailed for meth trafficking, drugs found in vehicle at Carson City parole and probation

Three were arrested Wednesday by the Carson City Sheriff's Office Special Enforcement Team for suspicion of drug trafficking after a vehicle search at the Department of Parole and Probation led to the discovery of 14.9 grams of methamphetamine.
