The band is from Oregon, bills itself as a fiesta band, and performs a blend of classic country and western music, including iconic Mexican musicians Freddy Fender, Van Sant of Ft. Worth, and Jimenez of Dolores Hidalgo, along with American icons including Gene Autry and Johnny Cash.

Other activities include a morning and evening walk hosted by Muscle Powered, a dinner fundraiser for the Roman family at Pizza Factory, a community dinner and meeting invite to the Order of Eastern Star, a showing at the BAC of the 1941 film classic "The Lady Eve" and a concert featuring the Tahoe Symphony Orchestra and Chorus with violin soloist Elizabeth Pitcairn at Shepherd-Sierra Lutheran Church. Events include the monthly downtown Carson City wine walk, plus karaoke at Bella Vita Bistro and Y-NOT Saloon. The Forest Service begins its first “Ski With a Ranger” at Lake Tahoe’s Heavenly Mountain Resort on Friday. Combined with championship football festivities on Sunday, the Silver State is in store for a wild, good time.

King St. The concert was originally planned for Comma Courtyard, but the performers want to present the event in a comfortable and healthy atmosphere.

Sassafras Eclectic Food Joint is a great place for music, food, and friends: they’ll be featuring Little Mazarn on the stage tonight as the Texas group swings through the area on their cross-country tour.

Elloyan has recently released his fourth CD “Back In Heaven.” Joining once again with his talented producer, Steven Swinford, they have created yet another compilation of lyrical and visually graphic stories of the modern West. Richard’s love for Nevada, songs of the land, and unrequited love are beautifully arranged and sung in the rich voice we have all come to love.
