Carson City Sheriff's arrest log: Man threatens police officers, arrested for disorderly conduct

A 45 year-old Carson City man was arrested early Saturday morning at 1:28 a.m. in the area of North Carson and Musser streets on multiple misdemeanor offenses, including disorderly conduct, intoxicated pedestrian and open container in public, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy said.

A 21 year-old man was arrested early Friday morning for multiple traffic misdemeanors, a Carson City sheriff's deputy said, including first offense driving under the influence, speeding, failure to maintain a lane, driving with a suspended license and expired vehicle registration.

Carson City arrests: Man jailed for drug possession, resisting after foot chase

A 28-year-old man was arrested early Saturday morning in the 300 block of North Carson Street for suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor obstructing/resisting a police officer. He was taken into custody following a foot chase, a Carson City sheriff's deputy said.

Carson Valley motorcycle chase ends with crash, man facing several charges

A South Lake Tahoe man riding a motorcycle thought he could outrun the law Monday afternoon. But he wound up crashing the bike and faces several charges instead.
Arrested for eluding and speeding, among the charges, was Peter Hall, 50. He crashed the motorcycle on Dressler Road in Carson Valley and was treated for minor injuries, said Douglas County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Pat Brooks.

Nevada Assemblyman Richard Carrillo was arrested early Friday morning on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and being in possession of a firearm while intoxicated, Carson City sheriff Ken Furlong said.

Carrillo, 48, of Las Vegas, and Assemblyman for the 18th district, faces charges of DUI and possessing a firearm while intoxicated. The Assemblyman bailed out of the Carson City Jail early this morning.
