No-host cocktails will begin at 5:30 p.m. and a buffet dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. There will be a gun drawing, a 50/50 drawing, a live auction and a silent auction. For the gun drawing, two guns will awarded, each signed by Marcus Luttrell, the original “Lone Survivor.”

Born in Algorta, Basque Country, Iker will discuss Basque history in a presentation titled Becoming Basque-American: Basque Sheep Breeders and their Ethnic Legitimacy in Nevada (1890-1959).
The Leisure Hour Club, established in September of 1896, is Carson City’s oldest continuously operating social organization. Its goal is promoting knowledge on important issues, science, music and literature.

Set sail with a dimwitted captain at the helm, a perky activities director with a lustful itinerary and a wacky boatload of likely suspects on a murder mystery cruise that spoofs “The Love Boat.” The show pokes fun at crazy on-board activities and no-talent entertainers. In the end, someone is murdered and it’s up to the audience to guess the culprit.
