Crystal Trujillo, 26, will be tried on charges of attempted murder and leaving the scene of an accident for allegedly running over her boyfriend on Sept. 22. After a three-hour preliminary hearing, the judge found there was enough evidence to bring the case to trial in district court. Witness Chris Gravenstein told how he saw Trujillo drive over Shiloh Richards, 30, and described how the victim was rendered unconscious, and had tire marks on his bare chest. The victim's sister was shown photos of her brother in the hospital and told the court how doctors had to remove a part of his skull, and that he can't speak.
