Mariscos Nayarit VIP serves up authentic Mexican seafood on North Carson Street
The restaurant and bar that has held several businesses over the years at 1301 N. Carson Street in Carson City has a new owner and a new splash of paint thanks to Mariscos Nayarit VIP.
In Spanish, Mariscos means seafood, and Nayarit is a state in western Mexico known for its beautiful beaches, rainforests, and of course: Seafood.
The menu of Carson City’s Mariscos Nayarit VIP reflects its name, with a large selection of seafood options with a Mexican twist. Dig into Tostada options like Camaron (shrimp), Pescado (Fish), Pulpo (Octopus), shrimp-stuffed fish fillets, seafood fajitas, and classics like Al Pastor Tacos, Chicken Alfredo pasta, carne asada burritos, and more.
To check out the menu, you can visit their Facebook here.
Food isn’t all they offer though; live music is often found on the weekends.
Mariscos Nayarit VIP is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
They are located on the corner of Carson Street and Corbett Street — look for the bright blue new paint!
