Douglas authorities investigate alleged robbery, attempted abduction in Gardnerville area
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two crimes — robbery and attempted abduction of a female juvenile — that are related to a black older model Chevy Tahoe with scratches on the sides, dark windows and unclean.
This picture above is similar in likeness and not the actual motor vehicle in question. The driver of the vehicle was possibly involved in a robbery and an attempted abduction of a juvenile female in and around the dates of Oct. 5-9. One witness described the driver as a Hispanic or Native American male adult. Both alleged crimes occurred in the Gardnerville Ranchos area.
