A 30-year-old man was arrested Monday for suspicion of misdemeanor battery and being in violation of a suspended sentence following an altercation at a North Carson Street gas station, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.
Deputies responded at 2:13 p.m. for a report of a fight at the gas station in the 1100 block of North Carson Street. The gas station manager advised a group of subjects were fighting on the property and that a male had hit a female.
