7th annual Sassabration Pride event returns Saturday to Carson City
The 7th annual Sassabration Pride event will be returning to Sassafras in Carson City this Saturday, Sept. 16 with a parade beginning at 11 a.m. and with the celebration from noon to 8 p.m.
Head down to the only pride event in Carson City this weekend with a parade, concert, vendors, food and much more.
The kickoff to the parade begins at 11 a.m. at the Brewery Arts Center at 449 West King. The parade is open to all, so join in with the procession of pirate ships, art cars, bicycles and pedestrians as they head down to Sassafras. Costumes are encouraged.
Music and performances will begin at 1 p.m.
Performers include Sapphic Musk, Cut-Rate Druggist, Betty Blowtorch, Hired Fun, Roxxy Collie and many more.
Participants to this free event will find a variety of vendors selling art, jewelry, clothing and much more.

Vendor fees are $75 per booth and 100% of booth fees go straight to charity.
