Carson City area casinos see 8 percent jump in July gaming revenue
Casinos in Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville and other areas of Douglas County except for Stateline took in $9,539,716 in gaming “win” for the month compared to July 2016.
Casinos in Reno, Sparks, and North Lake Tahoe all saw increases for the month. At south shore Lake Tahoe, however, gaming revenue dipped 14.76 percent in July.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $997,972,643 for the month or a 1.73 percent decrease compared to July 2016.
