Two dead, driver in custody in crash late Tuesday on US-395 in Reno
UPDATE: Nevada State Police has identified the driver involved in the fatal crash late Tuesday in Reno. Ermun Ervin Peter was booked Wednesday morning for two counts DUI causing death, two counts failure to render aid, failure to maintain a traffic lane and failure to report.

Nevada State Police, Highway Patrol division is investigating a crash where two vehicle passengers died late Tuesday on US-395 near the North McCarran exit in Reno. Impairment is suspected.
Shortly before 11:15 p.m. a Honda sedan was traveling southbound on the US-395 at a high rate of speed, according to an NHP preliminary report.
The driver lost control of the vehicle which rotated, crossed the travels lanes, and entered the dirt area where it overturned just past the North McCarran exit.
Two passengers, adult males were pronounced dead at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash. Their names have not been released.
The driver was located early Wednesday morning by Nevada State Police. He is currently being booked into the Washoe County Jail. Impairment is suspected.
Formal charges and further information will be released later following the booking process.
