Carson City area April gaming revenue down 4.19 percent, 26 percent at South Shore Tahoe
Casinos in Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden and all other areas of Douglas County except for South Shore Lake Tahoe saw gaming revenue at $13,674,982 for the month of April.
Meanwhile, casinos at South Shore Lake Tahoe saw a 26.05 percent decrease compared to April 2022 figures. Casino revenue at Reno casinos was up 1.28 percent, with Sparks casinos having a gaming revenue increase of 10.72 percent.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total gaming revenue, also known as “gaming win” of $1,159,751,632 for the month of April 2023. This amounts to a 2.77 percent increase compared to April 2022, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,128,502,208.
