Moundhouse man booked on felony warrant in Carson City after multiple felony DUIs
A 52-year-old Moundhouse man was booked in the Carson City Jail on a felony warrant out of Dayton Township Justice Court.
Christopher Allen Reagan was in custody at the Carson City Jail on an unrelated criminal charge when a warrant was sent from the Nevada Department of Public Safety, issued out of Dayton Township Justice Court.
The felony bench warrant was issued relating to a DUI alcohol or drugs, a third or more felony, and Reagan failing to comply with the terms and conditions of his bail bond, which was in regards to having no further problems with the law. On March 22, the warrant says, Reagan was arrested on suspected felony DUI.
The warrant was issued on April 11.
Bail: $2,500 cash only
— A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 2700 block of Grant Street on a violation of a suspended sentence warrant out of Carson City Justice Court after deputies were called to reports of a domestic disturbance.
On Thursday afternoon, deputies were dispatched to the Grant Street residence on reports of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, the man identified himself by name and date of birth. Dispatch advised the man had an active arrest warrant for violating a suspended sentence.
The warrant was issued in July of 2015 out of Carson City Justice Court, for failure to appear for monthly reporting.
The man was taken into custody without incident.
