Carson City Humane Society's Pet of the Week: Hoolie
Happy Wednesday Carson City! Each week we are bringing you another sweet face who is looking for a new family, courtesy of the Carson City branch of the Nevada Humane Society. This week, say hello to our Pet of the Week, Hoolie!
Hoolie is a six-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier. He was surrendered by his owner in January, and has been looking for his new family ever since.
Hoolie does great with older kids, and loves to snuggle and be silly. He enjoys walks in the park or in the mountains, taking long lazy naps, or just being near his human. Because he can sometimes get a little too silly, it is recommended he go to a home without children under the age of 10.
Let's hear from Hoolie himself!
"Hi I’m Hoolie! I’m a sweet and silly pup looking for his forever home. I’m great with older kids, however I‘d do best in a home with no infants or smaller children. I enjoy walks in the park, taking naps and just being by your side. I think I’d make a great walking or hiking buddy, as I sometime can be a little energetic. Oh, and did I mention I love chewing my bones?"
If you're interested in meeting this chunk of pure joy, stop by the Carson City branch of the Nevada Humane Society, located at 549 Airport Road, to give him a snuggle today. The facility is open from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily.
