Carson City arrests: Two booked for disorderly, obstructing and trespassing
Two men were arrested early Tuesday morning for suspicion of disorderly conduct, obstructing and trespassing, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.
At around 3:30 a.m. Carson City Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to a casino on North Carson Street for a report of two men causing a disturbance.
Deputies learned the men we're asked to leave the building. The men became verbally abusive toward the manager and refused to leave. A citizen's arrest form was filed to have the men arrested. for trespassing.
Deputies spoke with both men, who refused to identify themselves. Both men were interviewed and became belligerent, yelling profanities inside the casino, the report states. One suspect began to get within close proximity of a deputy. He was asked to stop. The man refused and was detained.
The other man was also verbally belligerent using profanities and said he didn't have to identify himself. They were placed under arrest. Total bail amount listed for both men, $784 each.
In other arrests:
— A 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday for two outside agency warrants from Sparks Justice Court issued August 16 and August 17, 2023. Bail: $6,000 cash.
— A Carson City man was arrested for a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued in October 2023 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $100.
