UPDATE: Missing Douglas County snowshoer found safe and alive
UPDATE 10:50AM: Missing snowshoer Raymond Murdock was located safe and alive Monday morning, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.

Douglas County Sheriff's Office and search and rescue are looking for a man who became lost Sunday in the upper Kingsbury Grade area of Lake Tahoe while snowshoeing.
Douglas County Emergency Communications received a call from a male adult at around 5 p.m. who reported he became lost while snow shoeing at the top of Kingsbury Grade. Raymond Murdock called stating he had become lost while snow shoeing off Andria Drive, Zephyr Cove, Nevada near the trailhead.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue team was activated and launched a search and rescue mission. In the area of Andrea and North Benjamin is an active search and rescue mission.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Dr. Raymond, a Minden area dentist, please contact Douglas County Emergency Communications (911). Outside resources are being requested to assist and relieve current working SAR members.
