In search of volunteers for the summer here at Friends In Service Helping (FISH) in the Client Service building on 138 E. Long Street, Carson City. FISH is searching for summertime volunteers to act as Intake and Referral Specialists for our Client Services headquarters in Carson City.

It might be be a good idea to throw an extra blanket on the bed Monday night as overnight temperatures are expected to drop well below normal around Carson City, western Nevada and mountain valleys through Tuesday.

Carson City man, Reno woman identified as two found dead inside vehicle at Tesla factory

The Storey County Sheriff's Office on Monday identified two people who were found dead June 16 inside a parked vehicle at the Tesla Giga Factory in the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Complex.

The event will be hosted at the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, Ormsby Room on July 11, 2023, from 5:30 pm through 7:30 pm.

The Nevada Artists Association has announced the winners in the “Spirit of America Show” that runs from June 18-July 28. There are 137 entries in the show from 57 local member and non-member artists in 10 different categories.
