Thursday Night Cruise returns for car show to benefit Carson City area Salvation Army

The show is open to all cars, trucks and motorcycles. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, place plus Best Show Awards, food, music and more.
Muscle Powered to host Saturday hike to Marlette Lake

The hike begins from the Spooner Lake parking lot, travels north on North Canyon Road, and continues onto the single-track trail north to Marlette Lake.
Carson Mall Bingo to benefit Jimenez Brothers

This occurred during a return trip from Las Vegas. Alberto Jimenez surfed a broken femur along with a serious facial laceration. His brother Alejandro Jimenez will need physical therapy to strengthen his body after the crash.

Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest welcomes new Carson District Ranger

In his new position, Zumstein will provide oversight of the staff and resources needed to manage over 400,000 acres of National Forest System lands in the eastern Sierra region of northeastern Nevada and eastern California.
Story Time Adventures Returns to the Children's Museum

Ms. Anderson is a gifted and passionate story teller and Montessori specialist having taught at High Desert Montessori, Carson Montessori, and the Brendon Montessori School in Billings, New York.
