The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is investigating numerous reports of property damage throughout Carson City, including the Nevada Secretary of State’s Office on Musser and Carson Street, that happened Sunday night into Monday morning.

The property damage amounted to multiple windows, at least 20, that appeared to be shot with a bb gun on homes, businesses and vehicles, including the Nevada Secretary of State’s Office, said Carson City Sheriff’s Office Detective Sam Hatley.

The vandalism to the state office happened on the North Curry and West Musser Street side window.

Property damage was reported in the areas of West Musser Street, Colorado Street, Tangerine Drive, Lilly Drive, Pat Lane, Mountain Street, Desatoya Drive, Clydesdale Drive, Siskiyou Drive, Cabrolet Drive, Oak Ridge Drive, Pinebrook Drive and Chaise Drive.

Witnesses report seeing a white or silver sedan in the area.
