A notice of correction to the sample ballot in Carson City was issued by the Elections Office regarding a misprint on the Justice of the Supreme Court.
According to the notice, Justice of the Supreme Court, Seat D was inadvertently misprinted as Seat B on the General Election Sample Ballot.
However, the misprint was only on the sample ballot, not on the Official Nov. 3 General Election Ballot.
The three options for Justice of the Supreme Court Seat D include Ozzie Fumo, Douglas Herndon, and the option for None of these Candidates.
