Every year hundreds of products are recalled, and more receive product safety warnings due to reported or the potential for injuries or death.
As we head into the holiday season, here is a list of products that have been recalled or issued safety warnings preceding recalls due to not meeting US safety standards since November 1.
Infant and child product recalls include high chairs, mattresses, infant bath tubs, pajamas, strollers, toys, and more.
It should be noted that in addition to the list provided below, Amazon often issues recall lists prior to receiving an order from the federal government; today alone they issued recalls for eleven products. Be sure to check their list directly for recall notices.

The water balloon pump can generate excessive pressure during use, causing the product to rupture, posing a risk of physical injury to the user or bystanders.

The rivets on the handle can come loose, causing the handle to detach, posing a choking hazard for children.
