The new Panda Express will be hosting a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting celebration this Monday, July 28 at their new location on N. Carson Street.

The Carson City Chamber of Commerce is hosting the celebration, and local dignitaries will be on site to welcome the new business.

The ribbon cutting will take place at 9:30 a.m. at 2710 North Carson Street.

The first 88 customers will receive free t-shirts.

Kelsey is a fourth-generation Nevadan, English professor and investigative journalist working in the Sierras. More importantly, she is an advocate of high desert agriculture and rescue dogs.
