Hello Carson City, today is Monday, Oct. 12, 2026. We can expect a 40 percent chance of rain showers mainly after 11 a.m today. Daytime highs will be in the mid-50s across western Nevada valleys with the potential of snow levels lowering between 7,000 to 7,500 feet and isolated higher amounts near the Sierra crest, according to the National Weather Service.
