Founded in 2016 by Jason Plaut, JP Fence has established a reputation as one of the state’s top fence builder, providing quality perimeter services to businesses and homeowners in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Carson Valley and surrounding areas in Northern Nevada.
The company has now reached a major milestone with the launch of a $1 million ground-up construction project on its headquarters located at 15 Red Rock Road in Mound House.
“One of the qualities we take the most pride in is our dedication to the highest standards of customer satisfaction, and this property sets up the business to serve our clients even more effectively moving forward,” Plaut said. “This location allows for the storage of more supplies, vehicles and equipment, which in turns will allow us to obtain more equipment and employees to take on larger projects than are currently possible. In addition, our expansion plans include retail sales of fencing supplies, and this property has the room required to facilitate that growth.”
Nevada State Development Corporation, the state’s largest provider of SBA 504 loans, facilitated financing for the ground-up construction project with a low-interest SBA 504 loan in conjunction with Heritage Bank of Nevada, Division of Glacier Bank.
“We couldn’t be more pleased for Jason and Shelly Plaut and their entire team at JP Fence”, said Sandy Gordon, vice president/business development officer with Nevada State Development Corporation. “We’re always excited to work on ground-up construction projects to help businesses in the state take control of their future, and this one certainly fits the bill. In addition to the extra space and larger projects in JP Fence’s plans, the fact that they are planning to bring on more employees as well means more valuable jobs and economic activity for the region, which is always our goal.”
Serving residential and commercial customers, JP Fence bases its plans and quotes on functional, aesthetic and budgetary guidelines. Materials are sourced from industry leading manufacturers, and the firm prides itself on keeping open lines of communication to ensure expectations are met or exceeded for customers seeking privacy, animal containment, safety railing or other custom needs, according to Plaut.
The most popular services provided include wood fencing, vinyl fencing, metal fencing, custom and ornamental fencing, chain link and industrial fencing, custom gates, and other products, Plaut said.
