This Monday, April 21, is Nevada Propane Dealers Association Day at the Legislature. In honor of their longtime friend and lobbyist, Neena Laxalt, who passed away earlier this year, they are flying several propane powered hot air balloons that will be seen above the Capitol and Legislative Buildings between 7:30 – 9 in the morning.
