By Denise Clodjeaux — Local Rotarians will learn the importance of Estate Planning at the next Rotary Club of Carson City meeting. Attorney Kyle Winter will be the featured speaker at the luncheon which takes place Tuesday, April 15, at noon in the Brewery Arts Center’s Grand Ballroom.
The public is invited to attend. Winter specializes in Estate Planning at the Alisson MacKenzie Law Firm in Carson City.
“Estate planning isn’t only a vehicle available for the wealthy” Winter explains. “It ensures your assets benefit you during your lifetime and thereafter pass to your beneficiaries with ease.”
He says an Estate Plan does more than just protect your assets. “An Estate plan makes it easier for your loved ones to step in and manage your estate during your lifetime when you are unable to make those decisions yourself, and enables your loved ones to get in charge without court involvement following your passing.”
